Climate And Rainfall

Ladnun experiences a dry, arid climate typical of the Thar Desert region. Summers are very hot, with temperatures rising sharply from March and peaking in May–June, often exceeding 40 °C and reaching recorded highs around 47 °C.

The monsoon season lasts from July to mid-September, bringing some relief from the heat and moderate rainfall, though total rainfall remains relatively low compared to other parts of India.
Winters extend from mid-November to early March, with mild days and cool nights, where temperatures can drop to around 11–13 °C or lower.
The region’s rainfall is limited, with most rain occurring in August. Total annual rainfall is moderate but variable. Humidity is generally low for much of the year, increasing during the monsoon months.
