Ladnun is a city and a municipality in the Nagaur District of Rajasthan, India. Ladnun is 380 kms west of Delhi and 215 kms north-west of Jaipur. It is well connected by both rail and road with the national and state capital as also with the other important cities of Rajasthan. With the presence of Jain Vishva Bharati, the city is being considered as a spiritual tourist destination. It has a population of around 57000 people as per the 2001 census.
The major industries in Ladnun City are Agricultural machinery, wooden camel cart, Textile hand printing and Dying industry, Kutir udyog(papar, bari, sweet saffron, etc.) and khadi and handloom. Agriculture is the main occupation of a majority of the population of the Ladnun tehsil (covering 139 nearby villages) with major crops being bajra, wheat, jowar, til, barley and pulses.
